Travel directions to Braidwood
Departing from:
- Sydney, once at Goulburn take the Braidwood Road which is at the southern end of the main street.
- Canberra, take the Kings Highway to Braidwood. Travel time from Canberra is just over an hour.
- The South Coast take the Princes Highway and the turnoff to Braidwood from Bateman's Bay.
Departing Braidwood to Tombarra:
- Once in Braidwood Wallace Street is the main street through the centre of town. At the top of the hill is the park with the war memorial Cenotaph in the middle of Wilson St.
- Coming from Canberra or Goulburn turn left into Wilson St
- or coming from Batemans Bay turn right into Wilson St
- Wilson St changes its name to Little River Rd on the edge of town. Travel for 13kms along Little River Rd and cross over the Mongarlowe River. Once over the bridge travel only 50 metres to take the first road to the right, being Northangera Rd. There is also a Tombarra Holiday Units sign. Travel another 2kms (don’t take the Budawang Rd) and Tombarra by the River is on your right via large timber entrance gates. The Managers Office is the first building on the left.
